1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Account Security

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 77p7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source, and the depositing account may be subject to review.

Deposits are credited to your 77p7 account balance in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 77p7 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77p7 accepts no responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 77p7 finance team following a written request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, 77p7 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void any winnings derived from those funds, and permanently close the account.

VIP Club Programme

The 77p7 VIP Club operates on a tiered points system. VIP status, points, cashback rates, and tier benefits are determined by 77p7 at its sole discretion and are subject to change at any time. VIP points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77p7 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the event, market, or game type selected. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet. 77p7 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77p7 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game titles, provider names, and associated assets (including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Termination

You may close your 77p7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

77p7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or at 77p7's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is considered contrary to the interests of the Platform or its users. Where an account is closed due to a breach, outstanding balances derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
